Hello

I have to create new public holiday for GB, it's just one off for government holiday - Diamond Jubilee Holiday on 5th June 2012. As it is just one off - Under which option I should create it 1) With Fixed date 2) with a fixed day from date 3) distance to Easter 4) is Easter Sunday 5) is a movable holiday

Please advice
