Hi Neal,

Thanks for the reply but its a non-BOM environment... these are STO's with FMCG's from a distribution centre to retail outlets as opposed to raw materials going into a production process... so far I've identified possible areas as the loading group and storage conditions... any other ideas greatly appreciated.
