Hi JG,
First of all Thanks for your reply.
My client wants to cut HRA on Prorata basis.
So as explained, an employee is absent for 75 Days.HRA should be calculated on Prorata basis for him and relevant data is maintained in IT08.
But it is showing Flat rate instead of amount calculated on prorata basis in IT08.
Please help me in solving this issue as i don't have much idea!

Can you clarify what you need or the business requirement?
If it is to prorate the HRA based on the leave without pay / scheduled wkg hrs,
then HRA = HRA amt x (1 - (leave hrs / WS hrs)). The WS hrs is obtained by NUM=TSDIVP (TSDIVP gives you the contracted hrs from IT 8 per period).
NUM=TSAUxx (TSAUxx gives the unpaid hrs for the absence counting class xx from T554C. Class '**' gives you all unpaid absence hrs).
