What exactly those 2 transports do?
As I understand from your previously post, they need to transport to PRD?
If the developers will tell you that those 2 requests should not be transported yet, you can try a workaround from OS level, you can move the transport files from transport directory to some other temporary location, run the import, and after the import is finished you can put them back in the same locations.
