Hi,
simply add it in other system's buffer and import it.
no need to export it becasue SAP has already done that for you once.

Subject: Not able to release TR downloaded from SAP Note
I have downloaded a TR (P7DK206378) from a particular note and uploaded into the App Server of the Dev System and imported it. Now I want to release it for further import into the Quality and Production Systems.
But, when I release it it says that /Requests/Tasks RP0xxxxxxxx are modifiable in this system.
The Dev system is RP0.
How should I import it in the quality. Also, I cannot change the owner of the Request.
