issue has been resolved. thanks to mr.david caddick.
as per mr.david caddick's 1st reply i have done that. but i juz recreated the id. but not resolved, then again i recreated the old id with new new id with diff name, it worked.
but dunno y itz not reflected at the first time.

Dear
One of the user1 facing a problem while he entering the cheque details in SAP through tcode F-58, while he save this data it is taking long time[half an hr] to save that process. But the same process is done by other user2 in his system it takes just 1min to save the process.
I asked the user1 to log his id in user2 system, to do the same process, but it's also taking long time.Even I activated trace for the user1, but I couldn't find anything.
Kindly help me in this process to get sort out.
