Sunil,
If you're building the field catalog manually, the problem may still be something wrong there. Try using function module REUSE_ALV_FIELDCATALOG_MERGE to build the field catalog.

Thanks for the reply.

The fields are not marked as NO_OUT" or "TECH".

The field catalog is generated field by field specifying fieldname, text, position etc. No Macro/FM/Class etc is used.
