Hi Madhu,
Thanks for showing interest in providing suggestion.
the moment we press save button in VA01 (creating a sale order doc) / VA02 (changing in sale order doc), I've to check wether "Partner Function" is "XY". if yes, then change the "Partner Number"(in next column to Partner function at Item level).
Let's create a sale order -> Save -> Goto (Menu) -> Item -> Partner.
*you'll see the fields like Partner function, Partner Number...etc. so here is my target field Partner Field which needs to be automatically filled with my value once we click save in VA01/VA02 (tcode)
Hope, I'm able to put the requirement clearly. Please don't hesitate coming back & asking for more details.
