Hello,
In our company (ecc 6.0, win2003, maxdb) we don't use solution manager, we do not apply hot packages cause there is no need for it (by now) so there are no any changes in system. same it was when we were on 4.7, few months before. we have app 40 users...
user complain that popup solutioncenter.msi appears on his screen when he start to fill some field in select cost center tx.
"...an installation package for the product solutioncenter cannot be found".
everything is stuck, cannot do anything, he must force shout down (turn off manually). he works on win7.
anybody experienced with this kind of problem? he says that he normally worked in this tx by now... what can it be?
please help.
