Hi
It is possible that on ESS transactions earlier than a certain limit of days are not accepted. Get an ABAP'er to check and help you.

Why are we getting the error "Personal earliest recalculation for time evaluation exceeded" when trying to input absence records through the ESS portal, or authorize leave records through MSS?
We have checked IT003 and also V_T569R, they seem fine.
The error is only coming up for certain employees, and some of these errors have stopped occurring as time has gone on, but we can't see why that might be the case.
Some users are still getting the error... For example, a manager has authorised one leave record (26/4 to 28/4) for an employee but the system refuses to let him authorize the second (3/5 to 6/5) due to the above error.
We can only think it must be something to do with the dates on the records, but do not know of any controlling dates which might be causing the problem.
Grateful for any ideas.
