You generally enter OT in IT2010. The WT you enter needs to have its valuation base setup in V_512W_B. Then you need to enter only the hrs in IT2010. Payroll will take care of the OT amount.
However if you want in IT0015 and want to decide the rate manually, set the OT WT to have only rate and number in its characteristics. The standard SAP schema should evaluate this. If this doesnt happen write a piece of code in the PCR called by the function P0015. You just need to write MULTI NRA for that WT.
