If you want to close your POs massively, you can use MEMASSPO transaction, setting the field MASSEKPO-ELIKZ (delivery completed).

You can used same T Code ME2M or ME2N and Selection Parameter as WE103.
Output of this report will be only Open PO.
There is No T Code where you can close the Open PO other then ME22N. You can
Short Close the PO it Change the PO Qty= Delivered Qty.
