David: ETA is based upon the vendor (s) X factory date. In their excel file we ask them to list all of the orders we have placed with them and some are not scheduled to X factory for another 30-60 days, hence a null ETA and null Delivery date to warehouse. A null delivery date to warehouse also occurs when we have an ETA into the port, but not a notice from the trucker who picks up the goods at the port to deliver to our warehouse.
