Good Day !
My Oracle DB is Up . While running r3trans -d getting below error
2EETW169 no connect possible: "DBMS = ORACLE --- ORACLE_SID = 'IND'"
r3trans finished (0012).
- I checked the TNS Lisener is OK . I checked the Oracle Tns service its started.
- I checked the Trans.log file in that it mentioned below
