Thanks Connie. You're method is very similar to mine except for the tools we use. I will keep yours in mind for next year. We are also looking into a possible ABAP report. Other than adding one additional field this year, the request has been pretty static.

Our auditors for the last two years have asked for a download (in .txt) of all FI documents. We average about 5 million FI documents a month.
Currently I use DART views to do this, but it does take a considerable amount of time.
Has anyone had this request too?
If so, is there an easier/faster way to do this?
My current procedure works, just cumbersome and slow.
Please advise.
