I'm pretty sure that there is no PII involved. As for Data Theft, I'll ask
the CFO if the auditors have issued any statements about how they are going
to protect the data.

I thought I would finally chime in with a couple of questions.

Is there any personal identifiable information (PII) in this data?
Why are your auditors being allowed to take company data off-site?

With all of the PII stories as well as other data lose stories, it seems odd to allow data to leave a company's site.

Cheers
