Hi JG, Thanks for your advise. I wish to highlight that this employee's work schedule change was done via IT2003. I believe the no.of hrs in IT8 is based on the normal work schedule as per IT7, rather than based on IT2003. By using TSDIVP, will this resolve the issue that I'm facing? Thanks & Rgds, CL

This happens for shift workers who work different days in a week or fortnight. You can see this if you run payroll with log, then display the PARTT function. This problem can be resolved by using TSDIVP which gives the no.of hrs from IT 8. Hope this helps. Regards, JG | | __.____._ Copyright © 2011 Toolbox.com and message author. Toolbox.com 4343 N.
