Hi Jyoti You should not need an adjustment through IT 14 or 15. In time mgt, you can create a wage type for each day of time entry, say 9ENT with number as 1. In payroll, you can use it for the number of days worked. This will allow to calculate the advance amt to be calculated. You can create a wage type for the advance pay for the days for which you still have to get time entry. This is to be calculated and limited to basic x 50%. Each pay get the advance pay w/t from last pay results (ORT) and subtract from IT. This will subtract the advance pay this period. (This is usually in the beginning of the payroll schema where you import last pay results using pr cl 73). Hope this helps. Regards, JG
