What GUI version are you on? I saw the same question in the SAP Basis box, and the person had SAPGUI 6.40. When the person upgraded to 7.10 with latest patch, it worked. I've seen the same answer in other forums through Google. Give this a shot.

We have been experiencing some strange problem, when the users try to download the reports through "transfer to xxl" from SAP ,the report is not getting displayed in excel instead its showing "data saved to xxl" and blank excel sheet pops out.
IT HAPPENS ONLY WITH USERS WHO HAVE EXCEL 2007, we have tried updating latest GUI patch and settings in excel under trust center for macrs to medium still we face the same error. Please suggest. |
