Hi

It is possible that the upgrade media might be corrupt.

Try downloading the kernel DVD and see if that works.

I am doing sap upgrade 4.7 to ecc 5.0 when ever i have selected kernel in
mounting phase after this is getting following error.
Unable to find data carrier with tital sap kernel
severe error(s) occurred in extractkrn_pre

Please guide me for this.
