Hi,

You can create serial number using transaction IQ01 and pick the serial
number same while using transaction MIGO.

In standard SAP, it is the bad not possible to give the entire number range, use the BADI MB_BADI in migo, and tell the abaper to provide a tab to enter the serial number range, also create a z table to store this data.
