Now in regards to your SD module.
G/L is determined by Revenue Account Determination
Input -
Account Key from Pricing Procedure
Chart of Accounts
Sales Area (Sales Org, Dist Channel, Division, .....etc.)
Material Master / Customer Account Assignment Group
Transaction VKOA
Output - G/L Account
Now see Validation, substitituion, rule,set,User Exit all help you to
validate,check those above said things.
Hope this will suffice you to understand and rest Controlling is a subject
you have to understand thorughly according to your business needs and then
you go for PC,CC creation & all.
I can not say full stop here since in your case it is a beginning.
