[sap-log-mm] Wrongly transfer stock from Finish Goods to Raw Material

Hello SAP Guru,
I am facing one problem regarding Material storage location after transfer posting of stock.
While transfer posting for Finish Good material I had done mistake while transferring material to finish good storage location I had been transferred to Raw material storage location. Five different batches I had transferred it. But after that I have revered this movement. Now my problem is while checking the stock in MMBE for this Finish good material show finish good stock but if we uncheck the NO ZERO STOCK LINE then it shows both Finish Goods and Raw material stock batches.
How I can remove this Raw Material batches in finish Goods storage location material means it's not shown in MMBE if I will run this t_code uncheck of NO ZERO STOCK LINE.
