Hi Abhijit,
What do you mean "PR is not available"? Does it mean that you will only allow end users to use ME38 transaction to generate SA delivery schedule line item on the condition that it should be generated with reference to a particular PR line item?

I have a requirement that user can add manual schedule line against Purchase Requisition in ME38 , but if valid PR is not available it should not save any details entered through ME38 ( date , qty etc ).
If any user exit or BADI is available please inform.
