If the purpose of calculating the age of stock is to determine what stock is dead (hasn't been consumed) in a period of time, you can use the dead stock report. It will tell you what portion of your inventory has not moved at all in the defined period. Dead stock report is mc50. You get to define the time frame. As an example If your average stock is 50 for a period of 6 months but you regularly order 10 and replenish 10 every month, it will tell you 40 pcs are dead. (your stock exceeded your usage by 40 pcs over that period. )

We used MC44 & MC46 but the results did not satisfy us. We need a cut off date and not as of. Is there any tcodes to determine our aging of inventory as we are using SAP R3 Netweaver 7.0.
