Subject: LSO Restrict access to a specific course/wbt in the learner portal
While a learner is in the learner portal I would like to be able to do the following:
- Restrict searches / bookings for a course to only those who I want access to the course.
An example of this would be that I have a course type that I only want searchable/visible/bookable to 100 employees.
So only those end users who I would give access to a course could book,into the course. And restrict the rest of the end users from access to searching, or booking for the course.
Currently locking the course, hiding the course and even placing the course type outside of the visible course group structure does not work because it is still searchable by everyone.
We are using LSO 6. EHP4.
Currently using Qualifications as prereq to restrict bookings. |
