I would have to check the config in detail but am wondering if something there is affecting this. We can change beneficiaries and it has no effect whatsoever on the salary override. (Running ECC 6)

Using benefits service sap.com/ess~ben. When I add/change beneficiaries for an insurance plan a new record is created. The new insurance record created clears out the salary override field and the alternative coverage field of the previous record.
How can I make sure the previous record is copied when beneficiaries are added? |
