Hi Eranna,
Based on the information you have provided.
The absence applied is from 24th December 2010 upto 4th December 2011(inclusive of both days) = 12 calendar days
No of sundays in this period = 2
No of Holidays = 3rd Jan 2011 = 1
Total absences = 12 - (2 + 1) = 12 - 3 = 9 days.

Hi,
When an employee takes the leave from 24 Dec to 4th Jan 2011, the absence day are used 8 days, but quote used are 9 days showing. Actual 3rd Jan is Holiday.
In quote used the 3rd Jan is considered as a leav.
Pls. help reslove this issue.
