Hi LEH,
Thanks for your response.
I accessed by using SPAM > goto > import logs > tp system logs
and got this message.
Could not open log file
sapmnt\trans\log\SLOG1101.SMG
I checked in that folder, I didn't find the log. I also checked permission for log folder, user smgadm has full authorizations.
What is the something wrong on my SAP?

I will upgrade my solman to EHP 1, now i am upgrading SPAM to level 39 but face something wrong in the process. the upgrade process is very long time in "tp user check OK" phase. i checked in SM50 i found no process that was running.
OS : Windows server 2008
DB : Oracle 10.2.0.4
Kernel Level : 278
Anyone can help me?
