1. Re-Generate the report group
2. Does this occur for other transactions too?
3. Do the reports in the report group somehow call MS Excel do display the data?

Hi all,
Does anyone know why suddenly SAP screen kick out while processing data, and user need to go back to SAP login? This problem occurs when user migrate from Win XP to Win 7, using the same SAP logon 6.4.. When user go to for example tcode GR55, fill in the values and execute, we can see the status "Reporting data being processed", then suddenly all SAP screen closed and we have to start the application back. |
