I don't see any updates for this outside of the particulars, r3transp, tp.exe, etc and for the DB2 system which I did update the library files for but that is all kernel information.
The install I have is 51033594_1 following the path of:
Installations and Upgrades - E" SAP ERP" SAP ERP ENHANCE PACKAGE" EHP4 FOR SAP ERP 6.0 / NW7.01
SAP instructed me to download the latest DB2 Connect software which if they read what I gave them, I already have installed. ( Same info from initial msg here )

Error states that THIN CLI version 09.01.0005 is too small! Migrate to DB2 Connect version 09.05.0003 or higher before restarting SAPehpi!.
Well, I have the following version of DB2 connect installed already
C:\Program Files\IBM\SQLLIB\BIN>db2level
DB21085I Instance "DB2" uses "64" bits and DB2 code release "SQL09018" with
level identifier "02090107".
Informational tokens are "DB2 v9.1.800.3639", "special_23253", "WR21439_23253",
and Fix Pack "8".
Product is installed at "C:\PROGRA~1\IBM\SQLLIB" with DB2 Copy Name "DB2COPY1".
This system is currently running just fine.
