Roy I know that you have many years in the SAP field: Is it usual to maintain GL's only in DEV and then transport them? I think it is a bit of overkill. I would very much appreciate your view.

my solution IS the FS15 / FS16 solution, using RFBISA10 and RFBISA20, as described in detail the other day. This is standard SAP-supplied functionality and is safe and easy to use with a little practice.
