Asset retirement without customer (T Code: ABAON) will serve your purpose. In this transaction, you will have to option to enter the revenue manually (field - "Manual Revenue") where you can enter the amount that will be paid by the insurance.
If not you can use "Rev from NBV" to retire it at the NBV value.
