Hello Balmukund, thank you for your reply.
There couldn't be anything wrong with the copy control because there aren't any problem with other sales orders, only for this particular one.
I will probably have to check or raise an OSS note about this. I was hoping that someone out there has come across such an incident and was able to "connect" the sales order to its succeeding docs, or had a workaround for this issue.

Subject: SO has been 'disconnected' from its succeeding Delivery doc

Hi,
I have a situation where a sales order was created and has succeeding documents (delivery and billing). However, when I check the doc flow of this sales order, there is no succeeding document displayed. When I view the delivery document, its doc flow includes shipment doc, invoice and evena accounting doc. However, there is no preceding document (sales order). I checked table vbfa and got the same result.

What could have caused the "disconnection" between the sales order and its delivery doc? How can I link these two?

Any insight will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Mya
