Thanks for the response on my question. We have done different trials to get MICR fonts on check. Finally we succeeded. It is proved that we can use local printer to print the MCR font instead of Network printer.
Steps we did:
I have installed Troy Font DIMM Printers in my laptop. While using RFFOUS_C from SAP I used Check printer as option instead of local printer. In SPAD, Our Basis team member installed protocol as local printer. While transferring data from SAP, MICR control commands are triggering with this setup.
I hope this informations helps to some developers in future.

We are able to print the MICR fonts successfully when we configured printer in our Basis. Based on some technical issues related to Network, We are trying to use MICR printer as local printer and MICR related print drivers are installed in my windows also.
I am not sure about the possibility of getting MICR fonts from SAP to Local printer?
I am really thankful If i get any inputs related to this issue.
