Hi,
This is not the responsibility of the BASIS team the sequencing of transports should be controlled by the project team and the actual sequence should be tested in the QAS system. The Import Queue of the PRD system "Should" have the correct Sequence. The PMO Team really should be controlling the Sequence with the Functional Consultants.
