if by keeping in sync, you mean keeping the TRs in order, the only way is to transport them in order. there's no other way if you have transported a request which you did not want to...you should reverse the changes and create a new TR. a lot of consultants work this way. other than that, sometimes consultants make the changes in the same TR, but it doesn't work always/ if you mean something else altogether by keeping "in sync", kindly elaborate on the question...will try my best to be of help.
