Hi Pedro,
Speak to your Developers but I think you can change the Transport Layer of package ID-SIGN-PT with Tx SE80.
Go to Tx SE80 and select package and then select ID-SIGN-PT, Select Change and you should be able to change the package.

My question is, I've made the copy of the K* and R* to the respective directories on Dev system. Then got to STMS and added the request, and then what to do?
