I don't know if everyone is understanding what I am try to ask. I can download to excel fine. I can view reports in GR55 fine in standard view. But when I check the checkbox for office integration option and choose Microsoft excel, a blank page displays. I have already made the change in excel to except trusted source and VBA applications. Still I cannot open the reports. I am basis guy and need to know why this is happening. Citrix server we have office 2007 installed all the icons are visible. Any body know why this is happening? If this is a known issue, is there no work around or fix that someone has implemented? Regards, Thomas
