You can use integration with excel setup to upload plan values from excel.
Bit of configuration involved for integrating with excel but straightforward. Refer SAP help document for this.

Hello Gurus,
As per my manager I am trying to upload the Planning values through LSMW in the Tcode: KP06. I wanted to know is it possible to upload data through KP06? I tried to create a recording but there are no field names in there.
Or is there any other Tcode to upload the planning values for the cost elements?
