What is the error message number? When do you see the error? Immediately after Purchase Order Number is entered on MIRO screen?

Subject: Changing amount in MIRO
Hi Guys,
I'm facing a very particular issue with MIRO. I need to do a partial receipt of an invoice and when I type the PO number the item line doesn't allow me to change the amount, returning an error message that the invoice is minor then the total amount.
Is any user permission regarding those issue? Notice that some invoices I can do this process normally.
