Msure you stop the SQL Server Service before you copy the data files to
another location, else you can use attach detach procedure

Hi All,
I am testing the production data to another sap test system. I am using production server with windows 2003, 64-bit with Sql Server2005 and another test machine configuration is Windows 2003, 32-bit with Sql Server2005. The previous production data already restore in the test machine. Today i restoring the data to test machine,
getting error message " System.Data.SqlClient.SqlError: Exclusive access could not be obtained because the database is in use. (Microsoft.SqlServer.Smo)"
