Hello,
This code is a little complex as it needs to determine the freight based on the sales order quantity and then consider any partial deliveries too and only calculate once too.
You'll need an ABAPER.
I also believe that someone in ITToolbox actually gave the ABAP code too. Just have to do some searching.

We have an issue with freight charges. We are planning to use freight charges as a header condition on the sales order. A requirement is that after the first partial delivery, the complete freight charges should be billed. Further on in case there are more than one delivery, the freight charges should only be billed once.
When I tested it for the first time, after a partial delivery, the freight charges were only partially billed. After I took away the grouped flag on the condition type, the freight charges were fully billed after a partial delivery. But after a second delivery, the freight charges were billed again. I know this all makes sense since there are two deliveries, but this is not what my customer wants.
Which setting in the condition type prevents me from billing freight charges more then one time?
