In my case SAP posting TDS in same TDs payable account and not deducting payment of Vendor please help me how to customize that

Hi Gurus
I actiavted EWT for Thailand company code and able to post withholding tax line items at the time of payment in vendor payment document. I have maintained certifiacte number ranges for this company code.
While I go to Generic withholding tax program give these all parameters, it says " No Record Selected".
I am using STD process type and Output Group calls which call smartform meant for Thailand domestic certificate.

Please advise.
