Tcode sicf.
On first screen services are automatically selected which us what you want. Choose execute.
Choose the external aliases button. This changes the screen to maintain external aliases.
Alelect default_host. Now select external alias then wizard and then external alias.
Follow the wizard inputs until complete. I might have Sr of this a little off as far as wording etc but it should be accurate enough to get you going.
