[sap-log-sd] Maintain Access Sequence (Processing Status in Access)

I am seeing something unusual in the following screen --> Maintain Access Sequence --> I pulled up the specific condition type --> I went into "Accesses" on the left --> I clicked on the appropriate access number --> I went into "Fields" on the left, and here, I am seeing the four fields that I ought to see. However, in addition, I am seeing two other fields that I didn't expect to see. Those are KFRST (Release Status) and KBSTAT (Processing Status). There is a green light next to both of these. Also, there is a field called "Processing Status in Access" that is populated with "B" (Key field not relevant for access). Can someone shed light on the purpose of the "Processing Status in Access." This area is grayed out, so I cannot make changes (even in change mode).
