Hi somya,
if u have finished ur backup, u may find backSID.log,?.and file and .sve file. u must restore those files in ur /oracle/SID/sapbackup and saparch directories.then u must edit the initSID.sap file the path for the backup(database and archieve logs) u have saved in your system. u need to set the path in 4 places. if u go through the file u may know this.

I have the same issue. What did you choose in sapist when you install Central instance? I do not have LABEL.ASC since I am using online_cons backup? How did you install central instance?
