Hello,

Let me provide some initial hints only. SAPRouter/OSS connection issues are discussed in SAP Note 33135. Seems, the system could not reach the SAPRouter. E.g. SAPRouter could be found under service 99 (port 3299) on the host with the IP address specified. The SAPRouter process does not work or the IP address was not configured correctly in OSS1. Is the SAPRouter process started? More information about SAPRouter can be found in SAP Notes 48243 and 30289.

With best regards
Robin
