If the ABAP/BUFFERSIZE in the profile parameters is not set to 600000 to 900000 you will see dumps. Are you sure the dumps are not being created by running reports interactively by the user? If, so they need to reduce the selection of values. Too often users are their own worst enemy when it comes to running wide open reports that will almost certainly fail.
