Hello Rama,
There are of course a number of SAP Notes our there with respect to SAP Maintenance Optimizer. Entry points are generally collective SAP Notes 1024932, 1279575 (or 1122966). I checked them briefly but could not find a direct reference to the information described in your question. Moreover, SAP Notes 1146580 (1146580) do not contain any explicit mentioning of it either. However, SAP Note 1146580 mentions some specifics for SAP Netweaver BI in section "II/ Important General Information". It refers to information for SAP Netweaver BI upgrades specifically available in SMP (http://service.sap.com/upgrade-BW). Maybe you find some more information there.
For BI_CONT, there are some special procedures and options to consider. Please see the Upgrade Guide (https://service.sap.com/~sapidb/011000358700005412 772005E.pdf), which points to SAP Note 1000822. Please chose your BI_CONT release and the corresponding SAP Note (e.g. 1321293 for BI_CONT 705) and find all the information about installation and upgrade of the same , e.g. performing delta upgrade including BI_CONT 70x in the installation of Enhancement Packages using EHPI as well as performing delta upgrade after BI_CONT 70x with SAINT etc. Please specifically note the preparation steps outlined in this SAP Note, i.e. in section 4 ("Upgrades").
For ST-A/PI, please find the information about installation and upgrade in SAP Note 69455 (and related).

Am doing EHPI upgrade on NW BI 7.0.
I configured the Server with SOLMAN and did the MOPz to generate XML file.
I observed, the Support packs for BI_CONT, ST-A/PI are not added through
MOPz.
Whether i made any mistake in the steps? or
We need to do those separately by using SPAM after upgrade? or
Is there any possibility to add during upgrade?
